The VC Platform Global Summit is the largest and most diverse gathering of platform professionals in the venture capital industry each year. For our 6th annual summit, we welcome members of the VC Platform Global Community to join us for three incredible days of peer networking and learning in New York City. We expect to welcome 400+ individuals from 300+ VC firms across the world for this one-of-a-kind event.

Absolutely! We will plan to live stream and record most of the content from the summit for all members of the community to access if you can’t join us in-person in NYC. If you plan to join us virtually, please sign in and select Virtual attendance to RSVP.

We’re still working to finalize the agenda, and will keep the Schedule section of this site updated. For now, we can promise some incredible main-stage keynotes, peer roundtables, career related sessions and plenty of time for networking with friends!

Of course! Most of the content will be peer-led. Please submit your interest while registering for the onsite experience. We’re hoping to get as many members of the community involved in the summit content as possible.

Early-bird ticket registration costs range from $295 to $495 USD, depending on your fund's AUM. If you are a member not working at a fund, please select the "Micro fund (under $100M AUM)" option. Your selected fund size should correspond with the data shared in your application to the community.

No fee will be charged for cancelling your attendance. We do not offer refunds on purchased tickets. For extenuating circumstances (such as contracting COVID-19) please email our team at admin@vcplatform.com and we can work towards a solution. All hotel bookings are subject to their own policies.

Onsite tickets will give you access to all parts of the summit including all meals as well as drinks at our evening receptions. Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.

We do not have any discounts available, and all attendees will pay the same amount to attend. Our goal is that all attendees will have the cost of the ticket covered by your firm given the value of the content, learning and networking that you’ll get at the summit and the return it will produce for your firm. If your firm is unable or unwilling to cover the cost of the ticket, please reach out to admin@vcplatform.com. We do have a number of scholarships available to ensure that everyone is able to attend, regardless of cost.

The summit is open to anyone who is a current member of the VC Platform Global Community. If your colleague is not a member, please have them apply to join the community so that they can attend. Membership is only available to individuals who meet our community criteria and are current full-time members of a venture capital firm in a platform-focused role. Interns, part-time employees and investment-focused members of your team are not able to attend the summit.

If you’re interested in hosting a side event or informal gathering during the summit in NYC, we ask that you please inform us first by email (admin@vcplatform.com). Events hosted in partnership with or by external companies or service providers are strictly prohibited and any violations will be penalized by the community. Individually or firm hosted events are okay, but we ask that you seek approval first. Please be transparent and ask first as we will find out about all side-events and want to make sure that they don’t conflict with other events already planned and are not in violation of our community’s sponsor commitments.
